✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The product is returned in sellable condition.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn items.

  • Washed garments.

  • Products with stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.

  • Items without original tags.

  • Products purchased during the clearance sale.

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

🔁 Exchanges (Recommended Instead of Returns)

  • We encourage exchanges to ensure you get the right fit.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

💳 Refund Method

Once your return is approved and inspected:

👉 Refunds will be issued as Store Credit.

Why store credit?

This helps us maintain fair pricing while continuing to deliver high-quality products without inflating costs.

Store credit:

✔ Has no expiration
✔ Can be used anytime
✔ Is valid across all products

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Reverse Shipping

Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location.

In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.

If the return is due to:

✅ Damaged item
✅ Wrong product
✅ Manufacturing defect

Klänn will cover the shipping cost.

For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 48 hours of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

❗ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.

🚫 Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted

  • Additional handling fees may apply

Repeated refusals may lead to restrictions on future orders.

⚠️ Abuse of Returns

To protect our business from misuse, Klänn reserves the right to:

  • Decline excessive return requests

  • Refuse service to accounts showing suspicious activity

  • Limit return eligibility

After inspection:

  • Store credit is typically issued within 5–7 business days
